Add fields to Talent Rating Tab
Summary:
We have a requirement to upload all historical Goals Ratings (both Employee and manager) and their comments too for each Goals. So we are planning to put it in Talent Rating -> Custom Section.
I need to add below columns -
-Description of Goal
-Weightage
-Emp Rating
-Manager Rating (I think we can use delivered rating field here)
-Emp Comments
-Manager Comments (I think we can use delivered comments field here)
Please Help and confirm if I can do the same.
