Why the candidate receive the email for cancelled interview when the candidates was already merge?
Summary:
The employee was already terminated (ex-contingent) and he applied again as external candidate and used the same AMEI he use before. As per the recruiter after merging the external candidate who was hired before, the ex-contingent candidate received a notification that his interview was cancelled and think that this doesn't to be happen because he was already terminated and that was his old interview scheduled before.
Was this a normal behavior on candidates end?
