Auto populate value on the search filter

Auto populate value on the search filter

Is there a way to auto populate the field value in search filters of other Fixed choice list Field.

For Example Below property is one fixed choice list field when we enter the value in Property it should Auto populate on the search filter of building unit which is another fixed choice list field.

So the Building Unit drop down should show only the values associated with the the Property selected above.

Is this Possible?
