Customer Contacts Point Email Format-For sending invoices as pdf attachment
We would like send invoices by email to customers with a pdf attachment. As per our understanding this functionality works only if the contact point for email has an Email Format of "Text e-mail with HTML attachment" or a blank value. However we observe that while uploading customers using FBDI the email format for the contact point gets populated with some other value "HTML e-mail"
If anybody has faced this issue and overcome it please let us know what approach was used to populate the required value for customer contact point email format
