Performance Doc Status Report Issues

Hello, I've not created a ticket for this issue yet, but wondering if anyone has any idea as to what might be causing this error. I regularly run performance document status reports to analyze where the employee population is at in terms of completion. I noticed employees were falling off of the report -- the common theme is that employees who have a future date scheduled change (such as a promotion, transfer, cost center changed, etc.) fall off of the report.
