Spouse Coverage Dependent on Employee's Election

We have a requirement to limit the max coverage amount for the spouse to whatever the Employee elects.

For example, John chooses 50k in coverage, the max for his Spouse should be 50k. The next Life Events John rases his to 100k, then the Spouses max should only be 100k.

Tired a FF, but it won't make a real time update to the SP Max coverage.
