Override enrollment Benefits HCM
Summary:
Using Override enrollment Benefits HCM
Content (required):
I have a scenario where an employee is eligible for an "A" Health plan in the current department. He was transferred to another department that has the "B" health plan.
I want to maintain Health Plan "A" eligibility in the new department.
I used Enrollment Override making eligible for Health plan "A" in the new department, but this plan does not show up for me to enroll the employee in it.
Is there a process to run for HCM to reflect this eligibility change?
