New Manager unable to see the feedback request
Summary: The feedback request was initiated when the old manager was active, in the middle of the cycle the manager was changed, but now the new manager is not able to see the feedback request and also the template has the not visible to manager checked and greyed out by default when trying to create \ submit the feedback, need to understand what could be the cause?
