How do you create your own Temporal Life Event

Summary:

The Oracle Cloud Benefits Implementation Guide (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/23a/faibf/temporal-event-types.html#u30236981) indicates that I can create my own Temporal Life Events.  "You can also create your own temporal life events if you want to control them at a more granular level, or if you want to create a combination for special reporting requirements."  I can not find any documentation on how to do this and when I go to the standard Life Event Configuration Navigation (Benefits Administration > Plan Configuration > Task Menu > Life Events > Benefits Life Events) and choose Create, Derived Age is not a choice in Type.  Can you please provide instructions on how to create
