Is journeys able to be searched and allocated by an employee yet?

Summary:

Im looking at the documents and cant see if the ability for an employee to search and allocate a journey to themselves is released or available yet. This is aimed at those who don't have a defined responsibility or manager role - just a basic employee role, and is key for us to offer a self service ability to employees who want journeys on getting married or personal journeys.
