'Add' icon is hidden from Absence Requests page. But it is not hidden in when logged in from mobile

We have done personalization to hide the 'Add' icon from the absence requests page. Navigation is Me -> Time & Absences-> Absence Requests.
When we login from mobile phone, this button is enabled and users are able to click on it

Why is the personalization done not reflecting in the mobile phone? Do we need to do any separate personalization specifically for mobile phones?
