We have a requirement to extract the complete history of the Help Desk request details including the HD Request details, communication that has happened via the HD request, Notes, internal communication, actions (tasks / appointments) and their outcomes, attachments etc.
Is it possible to build a smart action to print the entire HD request details? If not, can it be extracted via the BIP report?
