How to link Blood Type EFF with the Blood type field in Person management?

Hi All,

We received the below request from our business client:

"In person management, there is a field for Blood Type group. We would like to add the same dropdown list as a mandatory question when the candidate applies to a position so it would reflect automatically when the candidate moves to HR and pending worker. This is an important item because blood type will reflect in the employee ID card, and currently there is no way to capture this information in the job application"

Now, we have created an EFF field for 'Blood Type' in the Job application since it was not one of the readily available fields.
