How to migrate talent configuration from one instance to another

I want to migrate talent configuration from one instance to another.

Content (required):

Based on the requirement, we configured lot in lower environment like performance template, check in template, workflow, sections, etc., Is there any way to migrate these to production? or do we need to do that manually.
