Hello, 

I am trying to bring the feedback into the performance document by configuring a new performance template but  I couldn’t find the “Display Feedback Notes” check box for Anytime feedback template in my application whereas the same is visible in oracle demo instance. Is there any specific setup is required to enable this column in performance document? Please let me know. Thank you!
