HR has access to this documen of records for employees, but should not be able to access own record
Summary:
We are uploading historical performance evaluation as attachments from PeopleSoft to Cloud HCM in the document of records and have created document type "XX Performance History" with type "Performance".
The attachments includes participant's feedback (e.g. Colleagues, Matrix manager feedback etc.), and employees cannot see this information in PeopleSoft.
We have created document of records security, where we have restricted employee's access to view Performance History" evaluations.
However, we have given the access to HR users to view this information for all employees.
But the issue is, the HR can view the performance history evaluation for their own record as well, which should not be the case.
