Change assignment number manager with HDL: why is it necessary transfer to different manager first?
Summary: We want to change the manager’s assignment number for the performance evaluation process, through running an HDL, but to do this, it is necessary first to transfer to different manager and then transfer to Original manager.
Why is it necessary following this procedure?

Content (required): We want to change the manager’s assignment number for the performance evaluation process, we ran an HDL and we launched it to system. The system loaded it without errors, but it doesn’t actually make the change.
The fact is that through the HDL of the view object performance we are unable to transfer the evaluation form from the assignment X to the assignment Y always of the same manager.
