How to fix the below error with HDL

Hi Experts,

I'm getting the below error while trying to load ratings to the performance document. This error is appearing only for the Behavioral Competencies section

"You must not provide a rating for this contributor. Either ratings aren't enabled for the section or the role isn't configured to provide ratings"

I have made sure that the ratings are enabled for this section at item level and checking this with seeded roles.

Has anyone faced this error before?
