Journey image gradient

Hi All,

We have built a Journey in Checklist Templates and wanted to load our own company image into the background. We have been adding a background image using the following configuration path:

1) Checklist Templates

2) Select checklist

3) Navigate to Message tab

4) Upload image

Our image is 329.3 KB (under the recommended max of 2 MB), the dimensions are 2784p x 600p (this ratio seems to be the seeded Oracle ratio for their own background images).

Our image appears as follows:

The fade is unable to be adjusted. Has anyone run into this issue before?
