Is it possible to have the navigation panel to Affected Party Name field similar to the field Primary Point of Contact field has this feature?

We are implementing the NextGen Help Desk to cater the Case Management requirements. Cases (grievance or Disciplinary actions) will be raised by specific department heads as HR Help Desk Requests and employee would not have access to these HD requests. To avoid triggering notifications to employees, Primary Point of Contact field would have the name of the person who raised it (department head). Employee name would be captured in the Affected Party Name field. If we want to capture the employee name in this field, is it possible to have the navigation panel similar to the field Primary Point of
