Want to delete my all Oracle account (Oracle/ Oracle Cloud)

I tried to delete my Oracle Cloud account FOR 1 YEARS BUT IT STILL WON'T DELETE.

Please, I tried everything.


 1. email support : I send support ticket to support email address, and they said if I didn't do anything with account for 30 days, It will automatically delete. BUT NOT WORKED. I tried it already 3 times, and wait for 90 days.

 2. live chat : I tried every live chat on Oracle page. Salse chat, cloud support chat. First of all, I have free tier account so I can't get direct live support for this problem. After I know that I could chat with agent If I check problem for 'account sign in'.  But they also keep saying I should send email to request account deletion. BUT IT ALSO NOT WORKED.
