I need to create a custom Employee role that will enable users to enter and manage their expense reports, including assigning and managing delegates.

We do not want to use the seeded generic Employee role since we are not using the HCM module and we do not want the users to see all the unnecessary HCM menus and options.

Can someone please advise which Privilege I should add to the custom Employee role to allow the users to assign and manage delegates for their expenses?
