Touchpoints for Managers - Employees tab blank

Touchpoints for Managers - Employees tab is not listing the Direct Reports of the Manager

Hi!

We're looking to configure Touchpoints and in the process built a Pulse Survey, configured Nudges for birthday reminder, check-in reminder, goals & enabled email, touchpoint cards as the communication channels.

When logged in as the manager Touchpoints, under My Team - the Employees tab is not listing the employees reporting to this manager.

The Line Manager role does have the relevant role to view Touchpoints. Is there anything that I'm missing here.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
