Please advise as to how and where upload an image for HCM Communicate purposes. We are on 22D.
Summary:
In HCM Communicate, while creating an email and an email template, how and where do we upload an image to be used within the email template. I am able to upload an image by using the Journey>Message>Upload background image and obtaining the url from the upload. I am also able use the url using the email designer. However, while sending a test email using this image url, the image does not display within the email. The image does display within the email designer. Is there a different place where images need to be uploaded?
