Is it possible to have the Candidate Preference default to both "Email" and "Phone Number"?

Summary: Is it possible to have the Candidate Preference default to both "Email" and "Phone Number" so that the candidate can opt out of one or the other? With ORC text messaging we would find it to be much more useful if the candidates were defaulted to both and then have the option to opt out.

Has anyone else had similar concerns, and if so how did you resolve them?
