Introduce job family as new field - how to update posted requisitions?

Hi all,

We are currently implementing job family as a field in Recruiting as we would like to leverage the filter functionalities for our internal and external candidates.

I understand i's not possible to edit the field for a requisition that is non-draft as recruiter, but we cannot have only future jobs with a job family associated on the career sites. It would be extremely confusing for our candidates.

What options do we have? Maybe upload the data via HDL? Or another workaround?
