Can we rate behaviors attached to a competency?

Hi all,

We have attached a few behaviors with a competency and this competency is associated with a performance template. What we are observing that, system only allows to rate competency and not individual behaviors associated with the competency.

Just wanted to check if this is the standard functionality or we are missing something.

If behaviors cannot be rated in performance document, what is the use of attaching rating model with behavior and where else we can see this, if not in performance document?
