Need information on Start Workforce Compensation Cycle process in workforce compensation
Summary:
We went live with our comp cycle using workforce compensation. The plan was started and we have about 500 Active employees in the worksheet.
I want to add another 100 employees (make them newly eligible) for the same plan.
The Refresh process will not help as these people were never evaluated earlier.
Can I use the Start Workforce Compensation Cycle process with a person selection rule to evaluate the new 100 employees? Will it impact in any way the employees who are already live?
