VB Excel add-in - Sales Order Hub API - Form over Table :Layout issue

Summary:

While using Form over table layout issue cannot make the child layout (billtoCustomer) work. The ancestor column shows greyed out and gives an error that row cannot be linked to parent record.

The same is not observed when using the Table layout.
