There are four auto-configuration steps as part of enabling B2B Service and Service Logistics application in OFSC.

1) Oracle Field Service - Completed

2) Oracle B2B Service - ERROR

Error message - Authorization failed. Please verify if the provided B2B service user has the IT_SECURITY_MANAGER role. Contact support if the problem persists.

3) Oracle Service Logistics - Pending

4) Oracle Integration Cloud - Pending


As you see the second step above is in error. The user already has IT_SECURITY_MANAGER role. Any suggestion is helpful. Attaching the screenshot of the error.
