Onboarding - BI Publisher Based Notification

Summary:

As a part of the Onboarding I want to send a BI Publisher based notification to the new joined employee,

instead of that he still continue to get the default message to his email.

As a part of the Onboarding process we send an email through the BI publisher with the next report:

we've configured the master checklist message at the next way:

for some reason the emails still get from the alert based notification, for example:

administrative profile values which related to the BIP turned on:

• BIP_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION_HCM
• BIP_EMAIL_NOTIFICATION_HCM_ANC

and so on..
