Integration between Appointment Task and the Activities updates
Summary:
When Appointment task has been added to Help Desk Request, the meeting schedule will be created in the 'Activities' work area from where we can trigger the meeting invites to required recipients. However, if any notes or call reports created in there, will not be reflected back to Help Desk Requests.
