Competencies section name in performance template

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

In the performance template, under the section area(in the structure tab), there is a section with section type as "Profile content" with no competencies section name tagged. It is already in use and was done by implementation team.

I am trying to create a new template with different section name but with same section type "profile content". When i click on save and close it throws me an error saying that Competencies section name is needed.

Is it possible to create a section with no competency section name tagged?. I am doing the same but it is throwing error.
