How to configure email notification for Lead assignment

Summary:

When a lead is assigned to a sale rep an email notification to be sent to the sales rep regarding the lead assignment.

Content (required):

We have reviewed the standard oracle implementation guide and we see an option to add a notification with channel type as "ORA_SVC_BELL", which triggers a bell notification, similarly, we need the option to trigger an email notification when a lead is assigned to sales rep.

We have replaced channel type ORA_SVC_BELL with ORA_SVC_EMAIL but still, email notification is not getting triggered.
