Best Practices for Industry Values

Summary:

The default values in the Industry Field are not as accurate for our business as we would like, what is the best practice to have your own list of Industries.

Should we rename some of the values in the Standard list (but I assume they get overwritten)

or should we create our own Industry Field and put in our own values?
