Adding goal to performance doc

Missing content type

Content

Hello, 

while try to build sections for the performance form, trying to build the Goal section. 

Yet, I,m facing the error in the attached screen shot.
I know that I need to add content type. But i do not find the right place to do so. 

Any advise?
