Auto Allocating Concurrent Enterprise Onboarding Journeys

Trying to see if HCM can handle auto-allocating a 2nd Enterprise Onboarding Journey while another one is in-progress.

Here is the scenario. Often times, it is desired to design an onboarding process to have pre-hire tasks allocated while a new person is a Pending Worker, then allocate additional tasks on Day 1. While this can be done by combining 2 OB Steps in to one Enterprise Onboarding Journey, there are some flaws with this approach when it comes to changes in Start Date after the Journey is allocated ... the Day 1 tasks will get allocated on the original start date and doesn't take into consideration any changes to the start date.
