Prescreening Questions are showing up are required in Job Requisitions and Career Site

We have created Prescreening Questions in Question Library and created a Questionnaire Template where one question is not marked as required. But the Question is displaying on job Requisition submissions as required. Candidates are therefore unable to complete their application without responding to the question.

Let us know how this can be resolved.
