Goal setting Approval flow based on Employee's Line Manager's Grade

Hello Experts

We have below requirements for the goal approval , Can you please let us know if any way it is feasible?

 If  Employee’s Line manager Belongs to a certain grade then it should not go for reviewer(Line Manager’s Line Manger ) approval else it should go for reviewer approval.
