Not able to edit attributes in Upload rates SDL

Hi ,


I am trying to to upload new rates through Upload rates workbook. I downloaded the workbook from Standard rates page

Ex:- Initially the Calculation method column is empty and i want to set it to 'Flat Amount' but i am not able to.

It says the cell is protected and cannot edit. Please suggest solution for the same.
