Job alert different behavior for employees recruited via ORC

Hi,
We are seeing different behavior for Job alert page between employees that were loaded as part of Go-Live and employees recruited via ORC.
For employees who have been recruited via ORC after Go Live, even after they subscribe to Job alert, select their preferences, and Save and Close. When they click again on Job alerts, the checkbox is not ticket. In backend if we run report, their name appears as to have opted in for job alerts and they do receive email as well. However, it is confusing because the checkbox doesn’t come up as ticked and their job family preferences don’t appear. (Screenshot 1 & 2)
