Replaced the rating description to calculated rating in the PDF output file of Performance document

Summary: We replaced the rating description with the calculated rating however in the output file, the modification we did in the RTF template is not taking effect anymore. but yesterday it is working as expected based on the RTF template customization/configuration. Is there someone who can help?
