Fetching current proficiency level in Performance Document

Summary:

Fetching current proficiency level in Performance Document

Content (required):

Hi ,

We have created Performance documents with Job profile content items i.e. proficiencies mapped from Job profile.

However we cannot see the current proficiency level in performance document.

For example , employee was evaluated on those competencies in mid-year evaluation or in previous anytime performance document . And now in next anytime document , we would like to display in performance document the current proficiency level i.e. what is the current proficiency level on those competencies when it was last evaluated . How can we do that ? Is it even feasible ?
