Unable to access Visual Builder Studio from Oracle Fusion HCM

Dear All,

We are trying to explore the customization possibilities in Journeys using Visual Builder Studio. But we couldn't access the visual builder studio even after enabling the required profile options and admin roles. When we did a little investigation on our oracle cloud account, we noticed that there is no VB instance created.



  1. Are we looking at the right screen ?
  2. If yes, should we create the instance or Oracle should create one for us ?
  3. If No, Please guide us on how we should proceed to gain access. ?
