Onboarding checklist - skills and qualifications task not loading

Summary:

Once user tries to access the task as a pending worker, the task does not load

Content (required):

We are trying to configure an optional task as per below:

The Task Type is set as Application Task which should then take the pending worker to the Skills & Qualifications task for them to be able to complete their details.

However, what is happening is after the user clicks on Go to Task, nothing is happening but instead a warning message is displayed:

We have logged this as an SR but wondered if anyone has come across a similar issue?
