How checklist will reflect If I add under the existing task.

I have question is there any schedule process If I assign a journey to an employee and after some time I need to add other task which should reflect to that employee which I already assign the journey.

Or, If we modified any attribute in checklist which is already assigned to an employee how it will reflect to an employee.

Is there any process which need to run.
