Hi Team,
My client has a requirement where they want to capture Line Manager's Manager evaluation comment on individual's performance document after manager completes worker's evaluation. I know we can trigger the approval to Line Manager+1 once Line manager has submitted the worker's evaluation however, that will not capture comment from Manager+1 on PD. Also, other option could be to enable participant feedback but that will again require either manager/worker to manually add "manager+1" as participant which client is not honing towards.
Is there any other approach you could suggest?
