Saved search in the custom object

Summary:

We have create the Saved Search in custom objects with 'contains' , but it is not giving the results in the search bar.

Content (required):

From the attached screenshot , there is a record contains 3LB but it is not giving any results, when I search the same in filter section it is giving. What is diff in b/w these and in the header search bar can't we have contains? please help me to understand/resolve.
