Agent's multiple attachments not reflecting in Job Application

When an Agent submits a referral and when the prospect becomes a Job Applicant, We would like the agent to upload the documents related to the candidate. While testing, the agent is able to upload, however, those are not reflecting either in candidate job application nor in the candidate profile. Is there any feasibility to make the attached documents by Agent appear under candidate job application as an attachments ? Your inputs are highly appreicated.
