Rename "Evaluation Topics" section in Performance Document

Hi Team,

Our client has a requirement to rename/relabel "Evaluation Topics" section in performance document to some other word basis performance document/performance template name. When I am trying to use page composer tool to rename it, those components are showing as non-editable.

Please let me know if someone has implemented this before. Please refer to the screenshot for the section that I am talking about.
